Dec. 27th, 2004 11:30 amPerhaps day would be going better if I had gotten more than 45 mins of sleep last night. Everyone seems to be getting on my nerves right now. Well, except my boss, who also seems to be a little cranky. Thankfully, it's another 4 day work week, so I should make it through just fine. And, my Avon supplier brought my Shea Butter lip balm, which makes me & my dry, chapped lips very happy. I can already feel the difference.
I believe I have mentioned it before, but insomnia sucks. I tried just about everything I could to get to sleep. If I hadn't worried about being both exhausted and hung over this morning, I would've just started drinking when it got to be around 3am. As it was, I up until almost 5am. Got up for work at 5:45am. Ugh! Just ugh.
I was supposed to go out yesterday, but spent all day lounging about my place instead. Got a bunch of things cleaned up on my computer, which was sorely needed. Didn't actually clean up anything in my apartment. I guess I still feel like I accomplished something. I did manage to get up to go shopping yesterday morning. I can't have gift cards for very long - must spend them immediately! So, I picked up the Star Wars trilogy on DVD and Season 1 of Kids in the Hall. Merry Christmas to me!
