Van Helsing fucking rocked!!! Okay, it's not a cinematic masterpiece or anything, but I thought the story was good. The effects and the whole scale of the movie is just amazing! Plus, it's worth sitting through the whole movie just for the loincloth scenes. *drool* I'm glad I didn't read the book beforehand, as I was surprised by quite a few things. And, though I'm not one to give away spoilers, how fucking cool is it to get a movie without a happy ending??

I have to get up for work in 2 1/2 hours, yet I'm typing away here. I truly am a geek!
