I just got back from running to the Post Office, Best Buy and Chipotle. It is the 29th of December and I went out without a jacket, wearing my Doc sandals and no socks. Global warming FTW! We're getting the storm that hit Denver yesterday, but it's so warm here that it'll probably all be rain.
I went to Best Buy hoping to pick up Season 1 of The Wire with my gift cards (then getting 2 & 3 on eBay with the money![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
kokyu gave me for my Homicide DVDs) but they didn't have any in stock. NO seasons at all! Instead, I bought a groovy Clerks II gift pack. Yes, I already bought that DVD, but I'm a sucker for DVDs packaged with goodies. And it comes with a Moobys visor! I'll give the previously purchased DVD to my sister. Also, I had decided my DVD collection wasn't anywhere near complete because I didn't have Sixteen Candles or The Breakfast Club, so I bought both of those too.
I'm off from work both yesterday and today. They haven't called me once! YAY! I had intended to clean my apartment, but instead I've been cleaning up my computer. Also desperately needed. You just can't really see that I've accomplished anything like if I were to clean my living space. I've decided that New Year's Day will be for taking down the tree and I'll clean the living room then. Maybe.
