No, I'm not wearing my "I Voted" sticker yet. I came in early so I can go this afternoon. There was no way to be able to go this morning. Just a rhetorical question - Isn't it weird that we're a nation of 1st graders who are super excited about their stickers??

Ugh! These two new temps for a different department are sitting by me in Cubeland. (Why they're sitting here I have yet to figure out) And they are SO freaking loud! They refuse to turn the sound off on their computers, and the "bing"s are driving me insane! Not to mention, they're constantly talking to each other over their cube walls. Or banging things around on their desks. But the kicker is, that one essentially gave out her entire life story on Fri when she was talking loudly on the phone to someone. (BTW, that's a good impression, spend most of your day on the phone) She's only been out of training since Friday, and already the floor of her cube is so littered with food that it makes me gag when I walk past. Sure, I may drop a popcorn kernel or two accidentally, but I PICK THEM UP. She's got popcorn & candy all over the place. *gags*

I don't even want to start on the nightmare that's going on at B&N. I really hate this time of year.

I'm not wearing my I Voted sticker either, although I did. Vote. Not wear the sticker.

The nightmare? Is this one I know about, or one I will find out about? Or just the xmas nightmare, with the boxes everywhere that are nobody's fault?

If you were huggy, I'd hug you. You kind of sound like you could use one.

I just got back from voting. After reading about people standing in line for 2 hours all day, I was pleasantly surprised when I got to walk right up to the booth with no wait. Bless those old people for voting in the morning.

Yes, that nightmare. Just everything about the bookstore right now. Happily, they called me & told me not to come in tonight. Except that I won't get to see you.

What makes you think I'm not huggy?? I'm a pretty touchy feely person, just not really at work.

Now that is disappointing. I was looking forward to seeing you also.

Yeah, I dunno, there was absolutely zero line at my polling place too. I went about 2, despite my plan to get up early. Uh, yeah. As if.

Okay, you're huggy. Filing that information away.
